Founded in 2022 by a team of professional engineers and scientists, PEC Water brings decades of collaboration and expertise in water resource and pipeline rehabilitation design. Headquartered in Oakland, PEC Water also serves clients through our offices in Portland and Seattle, expanding our reach across the West Coast.


PEC stands for Planning, Engineering, and Construction, reflecting our comprehensive approach to various stages of a water resource project.

Our focus spans from water resource engineering and pipeline rehabilitation, leveraging advanced trenchless technologies to minimize disruption and maximize efficiency. Our team specializes in drainage design, surface water management, green infrastructure, climate change, and adaptation planning. Additionally, we provide design, condition assessment, and rehabilitation for small/large-diameter gravity/pressurized water/sewer/storm pipelines.
